Mr. Encyclopedia is a large grey book with white gloves and darker spine and feet. He wears a dark blue mortarboard with no tassel. Mr. Encyclopedia is a master of Artifice and has been known to change the length of his arms and legs.
Previously a tool and associate of Louis Masters until his death, Mr. Encyclopedia has struck out on his own as the proprietor of Dimestore Novel, dispensing books to all who need them and carrying out shady deals with powerful residents of Estavelle.
