Daniel Dourif is an artist better known as his alter ego City Hawk. He is Estavelle’s premier superhero, often seen flying through the skies with the long thin blade-like wings he has instead of arms. He has no hair and deep tan skin. The G-Diffuser he wears on his back is what allows him to fly, but its resemblance to a ceiling fan has earned him the affectionate nickname “Ceiling Fan Man”
Dan was born without legs and has learned to use his feet for anything a hand can do. When he was granted cybernetic limbs he opted to give himself wings instead of arms and now creates art and teaches a radical transhumanist sect of Borean doctrine.
