They come in both American and Japanese flavors.

American ones are full of people who wear clothing that is quite obviously too tight. They're also very pretentious.

Japanese ones suffer from the same problems about pretentiousness, but not the problems with spandex. Additionally, Japanese ones are also often completely insane. Wether this is a pro of a con is up for debate.
