Feminists are selfish evil whiners. They came along and ruined a system that was working just fine for thousands of years. Thanks to feminists women are expected to be just as good as men in every way, and it's simply not possible. There's no way a woman could match a man's talents without extreme difficulty, and doing so is more often than not a waste of time on the women's part.
History
Let's go back and have a look at the history of women to get a better perspective on this subject. It all starts in the garden of Eden, where Human 1.0 wasn't doing well. God had pity on the poor guy, so He created a redesign, Human 2.0, which was an obvious improvement. He eliminated a poorly-designed weakness in 1.0 and made the overall shape of 2.0 far more streamlined and pleasing to the eye. Thankfully for us all, He made 2.0 backwards-compatable with 1.0. There was some trouble later on that isn't really important other than it started off civilization.
Very quickly civilization settled into a comfortable system. Men did all the hard labor, like building monuments and hunting for food and governing, while women were treated with respect and kept safe at home. Women allowed this system to continue because they knew deep down that while everyone said the Pharoh was Amenhotep III everyone knew the one who was really in charge of the country was Mrs. Amenhotep III. Women were held in such high regard that men would do pretty much anything for the woman who chose him. This could be as simple as planting the flower garden all the way to waging large-scale war against a rival. For the most part, women didn't care.
The Rise of the Idjits
So time slowly passed, and apart from a few bumps along the road like corsets women were for the most part happy and content with their place in society, which was really much better than everyone pretended it was. Then along came the 20th century, which will forever be known as the Time of Idjits.
For the first time in history, a generation of women was too stupid to catch on to the big secret of society. Instead of just telling their husbands how to vote, women demanded they themselves have the right to vote. Instead of letting the man do all the breadwinning and worrying suddenly women wanted to do it themselves. For a while they even wanted to burn bras, which is really silly, since if you're not going to wear a bra, what are you going to wear? A corset? Utter madness. The most radical fringes of these stupid women claimed that there was no need for men whatsoever, which is a bit much. I mean, women are a later model than men, sure, but you mustn't forget that backwards compatability, which is the spice of life.
Women Today
The worst part is not all these women are dumb enough to demand these so-called "rights". Quite a few women, perhaps even a majority, know the truth and are content to leave things the way they were. The stupid minority went and ruined it, so now it is extremely difficult for a modern woman to embrace the older, better lifestyle. Women are expected to get out into the workforce, to go to college and get a career like a man. This is prehaps the worst thing of all, since it has plunged the genders from being close, intimate friends to being bitter rivals. The "glass ceiling" spoken of by feminists is in fact real, caused by men in their positions of power who are jealous of the superiority of women's later design. Women cannot do everything a man can do, they can do everything a man can do BETTER. Every person in power wishes to remain in power, so when these new better rivals approach your position it is only natural to erect barriers to stop them.
Well sadly I do not believe there shall be any going back to the old system. The "fairer sex" will forever be rivals with the "smellier sex". The desire to return to those glory days of civilization do remain, however, evident in modern concepts such as nostalgia.
